Sarah has been acting for clients in Reading and the surrounds since 2004, particularly specialising in more complex conveyancing transactions such as retirement developments and lease extensions.

She believes in high levels of client contact to reassure people through their house moves, having been a first-time buyer herself once — and often visits elderly clients at home.

Sarah is a competent academic and enjoys keeping abreast of changes in the conveyancing industry and advising others where she can. In addition, Sarah completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Drafting in 2016 and is happy to prepare Wills and deal with probate matters.

Outside of work, Sarah is also a qualified counsellor, enjoys hill-walking, cycling and plays the piano at grade 7/8 level. When she finds time, she also does pro bono work in the community in return for gifts to charity.
